As someone who has annihilated cactus and ignored a depressed Ficus on the regular, I can understate that keeping plants vibrant has always been out of my grasp. So I decided that volunteering at a community farm could force me to have a new skill set. Today, I transplanted tomato seedlings (above) and helped to discard the spent tomato plants (below). And then I ate some tomatoes during dinner. The last part was really only superficially related to the planting and farming aspect.
