norway & brunch

Olsen was recommended by Jackie, an editor-turned-photographer who invited us to a pretty amazing group photo show about immigration to which she contributed an image.

We went for brunch. This spot is super tranquil, and the long wooden planks do remind me of the Norwegian airport—where I stopped over for a couple hours years ago. Due to the gorge garden, the outside dining area is preferable to the chic inside (for me anyway). I loved my melon soup with slivers of smoked salmon, and the roughly smashed deep fried potatoes.

It may seem like all we do here is eat. Not true, we sleep a lot too! Har.
